WHEN? January 15th-20th, 2024  
COST? $610.00 (+$75.00 spending money)  A deposit of $110 are DUE Friday, October 20th!
WHO CAN ATTEND? 9th-12th Grade (Students in 9th & 10th grade will be accepted on a case by case basis)

Planning the March for Life 2023 has begun!  The March for Life Pilgrimage to DC is set for the week of January 15th-20th.

The overturn of Roe V. Wade has been a great gift, but our work has just begun. We must continue to form a pro-life community and generation. The primary goal of the March is personal conversion, vocation discernment and pro-life education. Our Director of Formation reserves spots, Monday, October 23rd at midnight!

WHAT? St. Michael High School has directed this Pilgrimage to Washington DC for 13 years.  This is a peaceful and joyful gathering of the Pro-Life Generation! Student visit religious sites, visit monuments, travel with priest, religious sisters and semenarians, and experence fellowship. More information can be found at www.youthmarchforlife.org. 

WHY? Why march if Roe is overturned? The first goal of the pilgrimafe is personal conversion and this will  continue to be offered to the youth. It is that this conversion and Pro Life education that will allow for life to be protected for years to come! The next generation must be empowered and continue to stand for LIFE!

WHO? All youth are welcome to join our SMFR crew!  Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to attend! If spots allow, Freshmen and Sophomores may be eligable to attend pending maturity level. Upperclassmen are given the first priority to reserve spots by October 19th. So reserve your spot now!!!

WHEN? Students will depart on Monday, January 15th (MLK Day) and return Saturday, January 2th. This is an excused absence and exceptional out of the classroom spiritual and educational experience.

COST? The Pilgrimage cost $610.  This includeds transportation by bus, bunk lodging at YMCA Camp Letts (Edgewater, Maryland), museum and venue entry, meals, etc. Students will only need an additional $75 for meals on the road and spending. Scholarships are avalible. We never want a student to stay behind due to financial reasons. 

DATES? October 23rd, 2023 is the day youth minsiters are invited to reserve spots for their groups. Spots are first come, first serve. So, if you submit your $110 deposit along with your registration by October 19th, the more likely you are to make the Pilgrimage! On December 1st, the remaining $490 balance is due to the Parish Office. 

HOW TO SUPPORT? You can support and attend the March for Life Benefit-ProVita- Dinner on Thursday, October 19th at St. Michael the Archangel High School. You can also donate auction items or your time with helping serve. This event allows student cost to remain low for all attendees!
